1. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@ptjukebox.com with subject line User Data Deletion Request.

Include the account email address used in PT Platform and the login provider used.

  • Example providers: Email/Password, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook.
  • If you are contacting us from a different email, include proof of account ownership so we can verify identity.

2. Identity Verification

To protect account security, we may ask for additional verification before deleting personal data.

3. What We Delete

  • Account profile data and authentication links.
  • Venue interaction records associated with your account where deletion is allowed.
  • Support-related personal data that is no longer legally required.

4. What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example billing, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance obligations).

5. Processing Timeline

We aim to process validated deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is required, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
