1. Am I buying a song?
No. A wish is a suggestion to a venue. You are not buying music, ownership rights, or a guaranteed playback slot.
2. Is playback guaranteed?
No. Playback is always decided by the venue. A wish or wish boost can increase visibility in the interface but does not guarantee playback.
3. Does the Platform provide or stream music?
No. The Platform does not host or stream music content. Venues operate their own music sources and playback systems.
4. Who is responsible for music licensing?
Each participating venue is responsible for having the licenses and permissions required in its jurisdiction.
5. What am I paying for?
You are paying for digital wish credits that can influence wish visibility or queue priority inside the venue interface.
6. Can I get a refund?
Used digital wish credits are generally non-refundable. Mandatory consumer rights still apply, including EU rights for non-conforming digital services.
7. What about the 14-day EU withdrawal right?
EU consumers may have a withdrawal right for distance contracts. If you explicitly ask for immediate digital performance and acknowledge loss of withdrawal right once service starts, withdrawal can end when performance begins.
8. What data is collected?
We process account and transaction data needed to operate the service, plus technical data required for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability. See Privacy Policy for full details.
9. How do I use my GDPR rights?
Send your request to support@ptjukebox.com and include enough information for identity verification. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable.
10. How can I contact support?
Contact support at support@ptjukebox.com. For legal complaints, include transaction details, date/time, and venue identifier so we can investigate quickly.
